Poonam Pandey plays hide-and-seek with police.

Poonam Pandey, was now entering into the south with Kannada movie industry.But, now playing a hide and seek game with the Bangalore and  the Mumbai police.Both,two states police has charged a court notice for  case pending against her.The complaint was given by S. Umesh  on October 31.Due to her  semi- nude   posing before a photograph of Lord Vishnu in 2012 for an advertisement.she had hurt Hindu sentiments he says.The case was filed on the basis of  actress was booked under IPC ( Indian Penal Code) Section 295A.So the court sent  summons on November 7, 2012 and on February 26, 2013 to present her version.She failed to appear on both the days. The  third summons was  given in June  2013 by the Mumbai police commissioner.
