Kamasutra 3D director files case against Sherlyn Chopra

 Director Rupesh Paul has filed a defamation case against actress Sherlyn Chopra who stars in his film "Kamasutra 3D", that the actor had abused him on a social networking site.

In his complaint, filed to Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Court , Paul alleged that the actor had abused him on social networking site Twitter.Paul submitted that on January 15, the actor took to Twitter to direct abusive, obscene, comments against him.Chopra had filed a complaint in a police station in Mumbai alleging that Paul did not pay Rs.seven lakh of her total remuneration for acting in the film.She had also alleged that Paul had threatened to her remaining remuneration for "Kamasutra 3D", after she rejected his sexual advances.
