Deepika as assistant director for Zoya Akhtar next

Deepika Padukone is planning to take on a new role. We are not talking about an acting project, for an assistant director. Deepika has expressed her wish for Zoya Akhtar's next as an assistant director.As most actors try their hands on the same before they begin their journey as an actor.Deepika is  impressed with the script of Zoya Akhtar film Dil Dhadakne Do, that she says she wants to be a part of it, even in a non-acting role. But I don't know if I can manage that  AD.Not really...I've met her, but not talked about it.Deepika's  boyfriend Ranveer Singh plays the main lead in the film.Zoya's directorial venture will also have Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma and Farhan Akhtar.  Ranveer and Priyanka will play siblings, with Anushka and Farhan opposite them.
