 Kareena Kapoor had a  item number in her next film Gabbar paired with Akshay Kumar,now has a meaty role too. This time she was playing as Akshay's wife. Shruti Haasan was also acting in this film. Kareena Kapoor in a leading daily revealed, Bebo (Kareena Kapoor) plays Akshay's wife in the film. She was killed before the film begins. Akshay keeps remembering her in flashbacks. The role is like that of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Mohabbatein. The film's leading lady played a kind of spirit that ran across the film. Likewise in Gabbar.It is Kareena's friendship with Gabbar co-producer, Shabina Khan that did the trick or may be the fact that she doesn't have much work in her kitty besides Singham 2. It is not the first time, Akshay & Kareena will be playing husband wife onscreen. They  together acted in Aitraaz playing similar characters.
